Dr. Harold Steinman received his degree from the Illinois College of Optometry in 1976. His examinations include a complete eye health evaluation along with testing for glaucoma, cataract development and diabetic retinopathy. He also tests muscle balance, eye teamwork and performs refraction, which tests your vision to determine your perscription. Dr. Steinman is certified to treat many eye diseases and injuries. He has more than 30 years experience fitting all types of contact lenses, including bifocal and soft toric for those with astigmatism.

Debbie Gagne has been with Eyecare Associates since it opened in June of 1989. She serves as the Practice Manager handling all accounts receivable, accounts payable, and insurance billing in addition to managing staff.

She is very involved in the Davison community and is Past-President of the Davison Chamber of Commerce. She is involved in current Chamber events such as Festival of Flags and monthly Hospitality Networking Breakfast Meetings. She also has been a member of the Kiwanis Club of Davison for the past 10 years. In addition, she represents Eyecare Associates as a member of Business Network International.

Debra Loveland With 30 years experience in the Optical Industry, Debra Loveland is the new Optician at Eyecare Associates.  In addition to purchasing frames, she assists patients with frame selection, eye measurements and optical prescriptions for their lifestyle needs.  Always a striver, Debra gives outstanding care and quality service to her patients.  Armed with skills, she also dispenses contacts and glasses to patients, adjust eyeglass frames and lens position to fit the patient.  She recommends specific lenses and lens coatings to make vision the best it can be.  She also handles marketing tasks. Her community involvement includes the Zonta Club of Lapeer, VFW Auxiliary of Lapeer, Member of the Davison Downtown Development Authority and Member and fund-raising Chair of the Lake Nepessing Lake Association. She is also a juried artist and jewelry business owner. 

Rosemary Ingraham, A longtime patient of Eyecare Associates, Rosemary Ingraham joined the practice in 2007 as a receptionist. Rosemary helps schedule appointments, verifies insurance benefits, checks the status of orders, and answers any questions you may have with proper respect and due consideration of your right to privacy.

Annette Page joined the Eyecare Associates team in January 2007.  While assisting as an optician in our optical department she pursued additional training and now serves as our contact lens technician. She is committed to educating patients in the proper application and removal, cleaning and care, and usage and wearing of contact lenses. She works closely with the doctor, and ensures that his prescribed recommendation for contact lenses and solutions, specific to each individual patient is fulfilled.
