Dr. Harold Steinman received his degree from the Illinois College of Optometry in 1976. His examinations include a complete eye health evaluation along with testing for glaucoma, cataract development and diabetic retinopathy. He also tests muscle balance, eye teamwork and performs refraction, which tests your vision to determine your perscription. Dr. Steinman is certified to treat many eye diseases and injuries. He has more than 30 years experience fitting all types of contact lenses, including bifocal and soft toric for those with astigmatism.

David Dutton is manager of our optical lab. In addition to being a board-certified optician, he has over 25 years experience cutting and edging lenses. He has a unique talent for managing difficult repairs and assisting patients with unusual visual disturbances. As part owner of Eyecare Associates, he also serves as our financial manager.

Debbie Gagne has been with Eyecare Associates since it opened in June of 1989. She serves as the Practice Manager handling all accounts receivable, accounts payable, and insurance billing in addition to managing staff.
She is very involved in the Davison community and is Past-President of the Davison Chamber of Commerce. She is involved in current Chamber events such as Festival of Flags and monthly Hospitality Networking Breakfast Meetings. She also has been a member of the Kiwanis Club of Davison for the past 10 years. In addition, she represents Eyecare Associates as a member of Business Network International.

Cindy Perkins Certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology, Cindy Perkins is the Optical Manager and frame purchaser. She began her career at Eyecare Associates as a file clerk, and quickly realized she wated to pursue a career in the field of eye care. Cindy has a fervent desire to exceed patient expecations and offers unparalleled service, quality products, and personal care. She has made it her personal goal to ensure that every patient is treated with the utmost care and resepct.

Toni Whipple When you visit Eyecare Associates, the warm friendly smile that first greets you belongs to Toni Whipple, the Front Desk Coordinator. Toni joined the practice in 2005. Her experience ranges from patient reception to optical technician, and previously, she performed the Optomap Retinal Exam/Screenings. In her current position Toni researches and retrieves insurance benefit information, facilitates patient reception, and effectively directs information to appropriate departments. |

Rosemary Ingraham, A longtime patient of Eyecare Associates, Rosemary Ingraham joined the practice in 2007 as a receptionist. Rosemary helps schedule appointments, verifies insurance benefits, checks the status of orders, and answers any questions you may have with proper respect and due consideration of your right to privacy.

Annette Page joined the Eyecare Associates team in January 2007. While assisting as an optician in our optical department she pursued additional training and now serves as our contact lens technician. She is committed to educating patients in the proper application and removal, cleaning and care, and usage and wearing of contact lenses. She works closely with the doctor, and ensures that his prescribed recommendation for contact lenses and solutions, specific to each individual patient is fulfilled.

Sarah Rogers joined Eyecare Associates in September 2008. She is a medical tech with extensive experience in other areas of the practice including patient education, medical history and visual acuity testing. She performs the Optomap prior to doctor's examination, which allows Dr. Steinman to use his time efficiently during appointments. She also performs RTA testing. |
